Whangapoua, New Zealand

Lanuza, Surigao del Sur

This beach is named Lanuza, which is located in Surigao del Sur. Don’t confuse it with Surigao del Norte, which is where Siargao can be found. Kingdom of Tonga, South Pacific
You can find here a small island that still remains unknown to many surfers. The Kingdom of Tonga beach offers north and south swells making it a great destination for surfers who want to avoid the crowded beaches. Head to the island of Tongatapu and you will be surprised to find a wonderful long stretch of surfing spots. The best thing about it is that the Kingdom of Tonga is also a perfect destination for whale watching, snorkeling, and scuba diving. The best time to visit this beach is from the months of May to October. This is when large storms will start to form along the Tasman sea. If you visit there during summer, you may still find larger swells that originate from the north Pacific and will eventually find its way to Tonga.
