Loose after lockdown: New research reveals best cities for a wild weekend

London takes the crown for best European city for a party weekend – beating Benidorm, Prague and even Dublin to the top spot.

SlotsUp has analysed 20 of the most well-known sin cities in the world to find out just which cities are the most well equipped to those looking for a wild time:

The study scores the cities based on a variety of factors. The cities are split between Europe’s Party Cities and Casino-centric cities – and both are scored; overall, per square mile and per capita, on the number of amenities available for the ultimate stress-free party weekend.

The research found that:

  • London takes the crown for best European city for a party weekend – beating Benidorm, Prague and even Dublin to the top spot.
  • Paris comes 2nd scoring particularly highly for their choice of strip clubs and of course, their cuisine. When you are in Vegas you shouldn't miss experiencing the best Vegas strip clubsPrague comes 3rd scoring highly on all amenities, but just not quite enough to beat London and Paris’ level of fun.
  • Benidorm is the best city for those looking to have a more socially distanced wild time, with the most fun available per capita in Europe.
  • Barcelona is the best European destination for those whose idea of a wild time includes outdoors activities
  • Wondering which casino-cities fun doesn’t stop at the roulette table? London beats the casino city Las Vegas to the top spot again here with the sheer amount of fun on offer – but Las Vegas does manage to bag 2nd spot over Paris. Monaco and Atlantic city may be a casino lovers favourite destination, but if you’re planning to leave the poker table – our research would suggest you find a different location to explore.
