Mandarin Oriental, Geneva unveils elegant new meeting and event facilities

Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, Calvin, U-Shape.

This renovation follows the hotel’s launch of its exclusive signature suite last year, the Royal Penthouse, and encompasses the entire 11,675 square feet (1,085 square metres) conference and events wing on the hotel’s first floor.

Mandarin Oriental, Geneva has completed a renovation of its meeting and events space, further enhancing this elegant hotel’s position as the ideal location to host or attend an event in the city.

This renovation follows the hotel’s launch of its exclusive signature suite last year, the Royal Penthouse, and encompasses the entire 11,675 square feet (1,085 square metres) conference and events wing on the hotel’s first floor.

All six rooms offer unique views of the River Rhône, the Old Town and the mountains and event attendees will enjoy the state-of-the-art technology and refined interiors composed of colourful bespoke fabrics in an abundance of natural daylight. Contemporary artist Jean Boghossian worked with the hotel to create a unique piece of his famed “fire series” for each room. These serene works of art resonate with Geneva’s international standing as the city of peace.

Mindful Meetings by Mandarin Oriental are offered in all event spaces, allowing event hosts to customize attendee experiences with a range of healthy and nourishing cuisine, awareness or yoga sessions, guided meditations, expert health or nutrition talks and group exercise activities.

In the spirit of flexibility and understanding amidst the ever-evolving Covid-19 challenges, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has introduced an exclusive group offer, Booking with Confidence, valid until 30 April 2021. This waives any cancellation fees to group bookings of 10 rooms or more over a stay of two nights or more, should relevant government and travel guidelines that could disrupt the event arise, provided that advance notice is received at least 30 days ahead of the event. Rates start from CHF295 per room per night with a daily charge of CHF135 per delegate, including breaks, lunch for all participants and room rental.
