Ledo Pizza has been making rolled to order pies in Maryland since 1955. Now, visitors can enjoy Ledo Pizza’s legendary rectangular-shaped pizzas for the first time in two locations at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. The new pizzerias in the Main Terminal (pre-security) and B Concourse bring signature Ledo Pizza made with fresh handmade dough and the same quality cheese, tomatoes and thick cut pepperoni it’s known for. Other delicious entrees include calzones, soups, salads and subs. The Main Terminal location will also feature premium hand-crafted ice cream sandwiches, gelato pops, parfaits and sorbetto pops from Cream Cruiser, another Baltimore original.
Airport officials and special guests will team up on Feb.12 for a grand opening celebration. Following remarks and an official pie-cutting ceremony, commemorating the first slice served at the airport, guests will get to sample other Ledo Pizza specialties.
