The destination agency is using the services of the Greek software company for a unified end-to-end system. The all-in-one solution will be implemented in all 17 DMCs, improving the connection with their local and global partners.

MUNICH – The best possible services require an equally good digital infrastructure. In order to convey its extensive portfolio to partners and customers even faster and to be able to adjust it at any time, Meeting Point International uses from now on the existing comprehensive End-to-End platform by renowned travel technology company Cyberlogic. This will enable the destination agencies to be even more efficient and agile in the implementation of holiday packages excursion programmes from purchasing to distribution. In the future, the worldwide destination experiences and services will thus be even easier to access. The all-in-one tourism solution is already being used in Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Spain and Italy and will be implemented in the remaining branches by the end of 2023.

"With Cyberlogic, we have a partner at our side whose digital solution brings us closer to our declared goal of positioning Meeting Point International even more strongly as a fully-operating destination agency. Together we are taking operational excellence, product leadership and customer engagement to a new level," says FTI Group CEO DMCs Mario Habig. Stergios Panagiotakis, CEO of Cyberlogic, adds: "We are delighted to be working with a company of global stature like Meeting Point International. With the expertise on both sides, we are building a thriving partnership that will result in a dynamic tandem with digital and touristic know-how."

In addition, the platform increases Meeting Point international's connectivity with existing and new partners. "The end-to-end system solution for more speed, digital service offerings and an expanded product portfolio enables us to collaborate across locations and also increases our attractiveness for third-party providers," Habig sums up.
