NEINVER presents its new outlet centres in Amsterdam, Prague and the French Alps

The Spanish company will be at FITUR Shopping with its portfolio of 18 outlet centres spread across eight European countries.

MADRID – NEINVER, a Spanish company specialised in investment, development and management of property assets – the second-largest operator of outlet centres in Europe and the largest in Spain and Poland – will present information on three new outlet centres, scheduled to open in France, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands, at the FITUR international tourism fair to be held in Madrid from 17 to 21 January. By opening Prague The Style Outlets, Amsterdam The Style Outlets and Alpes The Style Outlets over the next two years, the Spanish company is reinforcing its international expansion strategy and its commitment to shopping tourism, expanding its network of outlets in strategic European tourist enclaves.

On 26 April, the company will open Prague The Style Outlets, the Czech Republic’s largest outlet centre, which will offer a unique shopping destination to the more than 7 million tourists who visit Prague each year, with around 20,000 m² of GLA devoted to top domestic and international brands at reduced prices. Additionally, the new centre will offer services designed specifically for tourists, such as currency exchange, VAT refund and a tourist information point. And all this can be found in an outstanding location, less than 5 minutes from Prague’s international airport and 25 minutes from the city centre. The impressive interior and exterior designs will evoke a traditional Prague high street.

At FITUR Shopping, NEINVER will release the first information about Alpes The Style Outlets, which will open in France in 2020 in a prime location between Geneva and Lyon, near the Swiss border. The centre will have direct access to the A40 motorway that connects the two countries, and will have a catchment area with more than 5 million residents and a special focus on tourists, thanks to nearby winter holiday destinations. The new centre, whose design will echo the architecture of Alpine villages, will feature 90 stores representing top brands, 1,350 parking spaces, and a full range of tourist-focused services.

Amsterdam The Style Outlets, which opens in 2019 with 1,000 m² of leisure and dining space and 18,000 m² of GLA dedicated to retail, will be another key shopping tourism destination in Europe, thanks to its mix of stores and its strategic location: just ten minutes from Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport and very close to the capital, which receives more than 8 million tourists a year.

Shopping tourism in major European cities
During the FITUR international tourism fair, the company will have a stand in FITUR Shopping (pavilion 4, Europe – stand 4E07). It will feature material about the whole portfolio of outlet centres it currently operates under The Style Outlets brand (in France, Germany, Italy and Spain) and the FACTORY brand (in Poland), which have become a huge draw for shopping tourism thanks to their strategic locations, their selection of top-brand products at reduced prices, and their services aimed at tourists and the MICE sector. NEINVER’s commitment to tourism is reflected in its centres’ visitor services such as VAT refund, multilingual assistance at information points, a left luggage office and a personal shopper service.

The portfolio that NEINVER manages offers the finest shopping destinations in various regions of Europe. Roppenheim The Style Outlets, located in the Alsace region of France and near Baden-Wurttemberg, is close to these prosperous areas that welcome some 27 million tourists per year. Leipzig The Style Outlets, the first outlet centre in east-central Germany, with a catchment population of about 8 million people. Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets in Bologna and Vicolungo The Style Outlets near Milan are two key centres for shopping tourism, as they are located in Italy, a beacon of international fashion. In Spain, The Style Outlets operates in Greater Madrid with centres in Getafe, San Sebastian de los Reyes and Las Rozas, and in northern Spain with Coruna The Style Outlets and the only outlet centre in the Barcelona metropolitan area, Viladecans The Style Outlets, 15 minutes from Barcelona and 10 minutes from the seaport and from El Prat airport. In just over a year since the Barcelona centre opened, it has become one of the city’s major shopping tourism draws thanks to its excellent location and easy transport links, its mix of top domestic and international brands, and its wide range of services targeting vacationers and MICE tourists.

In Poland, NEINVER operates four outlet centres under the FACTORY brand in Warsaw, Krakow and Poznan. With more than 6 million visitors, Poland continues to build itself into a popular international tourist destination whose foreign tourism increased by 7% last year, both in the number of visitors and in leisure spending, compared to the previous year.
