New glass igloo resorts in Finland to be opened in 2017-2018

Four new glass igloo resorts in Finland are going to open their doors by Christmas 2017. Over the past few years glass igloos have become very popular. Nowadays there are more then 20 holiday resorts in Finnish Lapland to observe the Northern Lights in comfort of glass-roofed accommodation.

FINLAND –  Over the past few years glass igloos to see the Northern Lights have become very popular. Nowadays there more then 20 holiday resorts in Finnish Lapland to observe the Aurora and starry sky in comfort of glass-roofed accommodation. 

Four new glass igloo resorts in Finland are going to open their doors by Christmas 2017:

1. Star Arctic Hotel, Saariselka
Hotel is going to be opened 7.12.2017. It is located on top of the Kaunispaa mountain with panorama view over Saariselka winter resort and Lapland scenery. There will be Scenic view Suites and Glass cabins, both with panorama and sky view.

2. Snowman World Glass Resort, Rovaniemi
Glass resort is going to be opened 1.12.2017. It is located in Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi. There will be luxury Superior Glass Apartments with glass ceiling, sauna and private hot spa.

3. Northern Lights Huts, Levi
Huts will be ready for guests in October 2017. Glass-roofed huts are located 13 km from Levi winter resort (no.1 in Finland), at old lappish farm with picturesque old log buildings.

4. Iisakki Glass Village, Ruka
Glass-wall villas will be ready in autumn 2017. Area is located by lake Rukajarvi, in the region of Ruka-Kuusamo, Finland. There will be 10 villas with big windows and glass roof to enjoy sky, nature and, if lucky, the Northern Lights.
