New hotel group, Core Hospitality, in the Nordics grows fast

Since being established on October 23rd, 2017, Core Hospitality has entered several contracts with property investors.

Just one year after being established, Core Hospitality has become a strong player on the Danish hotel scene. Two hotels are in operation, another to have been confirmed, and more projects are underway. The potential of the white label management company is big, and the organization is preparing for further growth in 2019.

Brand independence creates potential
Core Hospitality can still be called a startup company, a white label hotel management company that operates all hotel categories and independently of brands. Since being established on October 23rd, 2017, Core Hospitality has entered several contracts with property investors. The very first contract was made a few years ago when sister organization, Zleep Hotels, agreed to franchise and operate Moxy Hotels in Copenhagen. That hotel will open in March next year. But Core Hospitality has already taken over operations at two other hotels; Hotel Marina and Quality Airport Hotel Dan in Greater Copenhagen. Furthermore, another Moxy Hotel has been announced to be opened by Core Hospitality in 2020.

“We are experiencing a healthy and exciting development in the hotel industry. The addition of more hotels and new projects, we are proving that the industry is being professionalized in the Nordics. The creation of operators such as Core Hospitality is similar to the development that Europe has been going through for many years. The international hotel brands do not want to take care daily operations but instead choose to cooperate with companies like ours. This gives us the opportunity to enter exciting projects and increases our potential for success with strong brands,” states Peter Haaber, CEO and Founder of Core Hospitality.

Trusted by strong investors
Core Hospitality is a strong partner for all property investors that do not have the competences or knowhow to successfully operate hotels. Just one year after being established, Core Hospitality cooperates with both private investors, active investors as well as institutional investors. For example, Quality Airport Hotel Dan is owned by Midstar and the upcoming Moxy Hotels in Copenhagen and Bergen are owned by Vastint Hospitality and GC Rieber Eiendom, respectively.
