Oceania Cruises unveils new guest experience enhancements

More convenient ways to plan, save, spend, and travel are part of OceaniaNEXT.

SOUTHAMPTON – Oceania Cruises unveiled a suite of new guest service enhancements as part of the line’s OceaniaNEXT initiative. “As OceaniaNEXT continues to evolve, travellers and travel agent partners will see we are innovating and enhancing all aspects of the Oceania Cruises experience, in ways both large and small, yet always meaningful and impactful,” stated James Rodriguez, Executive Vice President of Oceania Cruises.

Shipboard Credit Can Now Be Utilised Prior To Departure

Guests and their travel agents can now utilise shipboard credit prior to departure to purchase sought-after shore excursions and land tours, onboard beverage packages, culinary classes, and dining experiences at La Reserve and Privee. Credit can be used for voyages departing on or after 19th May 2019 via the “Already Booked” section of OceaniaCruises.com, the Travel Agent Centre, or by calling Passenger Services.

Re-Designed OceaniaCruises.com Homepage

The OceaniaCruises.com homepage has been re-designed with new, intuitive navigation to make planning and managing an Oceania Cruises experience easier than ever. The new navigation is grouped into four tabs at the top of the page so consumers and agents can access information conveniently. The four tabs include:

  • “Plan Your Cruise” makes it easier than ever to find a cruise or destination, view speciality cruises and see air and hotel programmes at a glance.
  • “Explore Ashore” delves into the unique aspects of the destinations, shore excursions, land tours and the line’s hallmark Culinary Discovery Tours.
  • “Onboard Experiences” maps out the nuances and facets of the lines’ six ships, The Finest Cuisine at Sea, enrichment and wellness for the mind, body and soul.
  • “Ultimate Value” showcases included amenities, special offers, excursion and beverage packages, travel protection and more.
  • The line’s dedicated Travel Agent Centre also features a host of updates to the marketing tools, tips and training, and travel advisor benefits sections.
  • Additional updates to OceaniaCruises.com and the Travel Agent Centre will be rolled out in 2019.

New Pre-Cruise Savings Programme

Oceania Cruises has long offered future cruise booking savings and incentives for guests that book their next Oceania Cruises voyage on board, or within 30 days of returning home. Oceania Cruises is innovating once again by extending these benefits to guests and travel agent partners for the 30-day period prior to departure. Travellers that have already chosen their next Oceania Cruises experience may reserve it prior to departure and receive the exclusive savings and Best Price Guarantee in advance. Travellers benefit from optimal choice and savings while agents reap the rewards of repeat bookings that are automatically credited back to their agency.

Luggage Valet Service

Oceania Cruises is proud to partner with Luggage Forward, the speciality service offering travellers the option to have any additional baggage or equipment shipped from their doorstep directly to any Oceania Cruises voyage and then back again. It allows for ultimate relaxation by avoiding the inconvenience of carrying, checking and claiming luggage and even going through customs.
