NEW YORK – Bryant Park has a new neighbor: Park Terrace Hotel officially opened its doors.  The newly built iconic addition to the NYC skyline mixes impeccable design and comfort with the incredible energy that only New York City offers.

Located off bustling Fifth Avenue and facing the verdant beauty of Bryant Park, Park Terrace Hotel offers sophisticated accommodations in the center of New York City. The hotel features a sleek upscale interior design by Stonehill Taylor, with a nature-inspired color palette throughout. There are 226 guest rooms, featuring amazing views of the park or the city, most with floor-to-ceiling windows, and with decor that both soothes and invigorates.

"We are excited about being part of the vibrant neighborhood surrounding Bryant Park," says Mark Briskin, General Manager of the Park Terrace Hotel. "With inspired design, a central location, and the amazing Terrazzo Lounge, Park Terrace is the perfect home base for all New York City adventures – whether for business or pleasure."

To introduce the hotel, guests can start their morning in the lounge with an extensive breakfast spread featuring some of New York City heralded favorites: freshly-squeezed juices, cheeses, meats and jams from Murray's Cheese, fresh baked goods from Pain D'Avignon, spreads, lox and bagels from Zucker's bagels, yogurts, fresh fruit, and doughnuts du jour from Doughnut Plant all complemented with La Colombe coffee and rich espresso, and Tealeaves tea. If in need of an afternoon snack, guests can head to the Terrazzo Lounge for baked goods from Magnolia and Breads Bakery, and La Colombe coffee for a little pick-me-up.

Guests will want to spend some time relaxing at the Terrazzo Lounge and Terrace, located on the hotel's sixth floor. They can relish in locally sourced tapas as well as artisanal cocktails curated by head mixologist Gates Otsuji, pulling inspiration from the park. Here, they can choose to imbibe in the sleek lounge or outside on the year-round terrace for an after work or pre-event drink – with breathtaking, unobstructed views of Bryant Park and the Empire State Building. Coming Summer 2019 will be La Pecora Bianca restaurant, offering a relaxed, all-day dining experience and vibrant Italian fare, in a beautiful setting.

Park Terrace is a haven for tech-savvy travelers, boasting one of the fastest WIFI connections in New York City, with speeds up to 1GB per second. For convenience, an app is available that seamlessly allows them to check in, access their rooms (via mobile key), and sync their phones to their SmartTV. State of the art technology is featured in every room, including Bluetooth Bose speakers. The hotel has four meeting rooms featuring cutting edge technology and elevated design sure to make an impression when it's time to meet or celebrate. Other hotel amenities include Malin + Goetz toiletries and Nespresso coffee in guest rooms, hydration stations on every floor and a gym including a sauna.
