Prestileo has 25 years of technical sales and marketing experience with a focus on enterprise-level and hospitality solutions and customer satisfaction.

BROOMFIELD, COLO. – Phonesuite Direct, a leading provider of hospitality communications and a subsidiary of Phonesuite, announce that Jamie Prestileo has been promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Prestileo has 25 years of technical sales and marketing experience with a focus on enterprise-level and hospitality solutions and customer satisfaction. He joined Phonesuite Direct in 2020 as Director of Sales & Marketing and has been working with the sales team to re-vamp the company’s internal sales process, and refining its go-to-market strategy, product mix and business models.

“Jamie is moving into this all-important role to continue the growth trajectory that Phonesuite Direct has established over the past year,” said Scott Jamison, President & COO. “Since our transition into a stand-alone company late last year, Phonesuite Direct has experienced a surge in interest and attention in the marketplace, and we need a seasoned sales and marketing veteran at the helm of that team to ensure that interest is translated into sales and revenue growth. After working with Jamie over the past year, I’m confident that he is the right person to lead that effort for our company.”

“I am very proud of what Phonesuite Direct has developed into over the last year and thrilled to have the opportunity to lead this team and grow this company,” said Prestileo. “I am excited by the vision that our founder, Frank Melville, has for Phonesuite and Phonesuite Direct, as well as his focus on the hospitality industry, which he has dedicated his life to serve and has worked so hard to leave better than he found it.

“If you have a great team that cares, a constantly evolving product that produces a real positive impact on the customer’s business and stays ahead of the technology curve, and a culture of listening to and working with your customers, great things happen for all. With the team that lifelong hospitality technology steward Scott Jamison has recently brought together, we now have all of these things, and our customers feel it.”

Prestileo will assume his new role effective immediately.
