The largest vacation exchange network added approximately 80 international properties in 2017 to its global network of over 4,300 affiliated resorts.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – RCI, global leader in vacation exchange and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands, welcomed more than 135 newly affiliated resorts to its exchange network in 2017. These additions span across every populated continent and feature vacation experiences with great options for nearly every kind of journey, from surf and sun to glittering modern cities.

"Over the past year, we've added some exceptional properties to the RCI exchange network," said Gordon Gurnik, president, RCI. "Through strategic partnerships with both new and existing affiliates, our 3.8 million subscribing members have thousands of options to choose from in sought-after destinations around the world when planning their next vacation."

In Latin America, RCI added more than 55 resorts, many of which are in notable beach destinations. The Ventus at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort is located in the quaint fishing village of Puerto Morelos, Mexico, along the gorgeous Mayan Rivera. In addition to the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, guests can also enjoy the luxurious resort amenities and local cultural experiences from the ancient Mayans that used to inhabit the area.

RCI also enjoyed outstanding growth in the Asia-Pacific region with more than 20 new resorts. Emerald Terrace Condominium Resort in Phuket, Thailand, is one of the most recent additions. Located on a lush hillside, the resort island is full of tranquil delights and scenic adventures from elephant treks through the untouched jungle to scuba diving the colorful local playgrounds of marine life.

The company's North American footprint expanded by nearly 50 resorts in 2017 as well. One of these additions includes the Prestige Collection Harbourside at Marker 33 in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, which offers many family-friendly activities. The resort shares the grounds with Splash Harbour Water Park, and features a 42 foot tall tube slide, single rider body slide, 600 foot relaxing lazy river, extra-large sundeck and zero-entry pool with mushroom waterfalls and ground sprays. The water park also features a splash zone, game room and 18 holes of tropical themed miniature golf.

The Registry Collection program, RCI's luxury exchange program, welcomed several new resorts in 2017, including the addition of Zimbali Villas by Euphoric, South Africa. The South African region, known as the Dolphin Coast, is under an abundant forest canopy where guests can also find the "Zimbali-Zulu" or "valley of flowers." Visitors will spend their vacation in the midst of a subtropical paradise set within the serene confines of a coastal forest reserve.
