Located at 100 Sabin Street, the all-suite Residence Inn Providence Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Procaccianti Companies and managed by TPG Hotels and Resorts of Cranston, Rhode Island. General Manager Viktor Nebesnyuk and Director of Sales & Marketing Mia Dawkins lead the management team at the property for TPG Hotels & Resorts.
