As experienced real estate developer partners from Switzerland, we were impressed by the way Dubai transformed from a small town to an internationally recognized bustling destination. We were pleased by how well they treat foreign investors and international players, allowing space for performance and expansion – so we set up our plan to bring a taste of Switzerland to the Middle East.
