Revinate and HSMAI Ontario forge partnership

Ontario members to benefit from Revinate’s expertise in email marketing and guest feedback management.

Revinate, the software as a service (SaaS) company that helps hotels transform guest data into revenue, today announced a partnership with Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Ontario, whose mission is to grow business at hotels and their partners through fueling sales, inspiring marketing, and optimizing revenue.

The platinum partnership will provide HSMAI members in Ontario with access to education around email marketing and guest feedback management through Revinate’s event participation and thought leadership content. “As hotel performance in Ontario continues to grow, our hoteliers are increasingly looking for new technology solutions that will help drive revenue. Partnering with Revinate will provide hoteliers in Ontario with unprecedented access to Revinate’s thought leaders,” said David Lau, Chapter President and Area Director, Revenue Management for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

Revinate has been supporting HSMAI since its founding in 2009,” said Kelly Robb, Revinate’s Senior Director of Marketing and Growth. “We are excited to work closely with the Ontario Chapter and personally meet the members, many of which are already customers. Staying closely connected with hoteliers is critical to us as it allows us to get feedback and develop the best products that meet the needs of our customers.”

This new partnership also brings leading hotel marketing technology to the Ontario market. “I have been utilizing Revinate Marketing for over a year now,” said Ryan MacDonald, Director of Revenue Management & E-Commerce at Palm Holdings. “It’s not just a program — we consider it an arm of our sales force. Having multiple hotels from various brands, it’s great to see an email marketing program that is adaptable across our collection. I recommend this to any hotelier who wants to increase their revenue with direct bookings.”
