BREDA – Nadja Buckenberger, the founder of leading hotel management system RoomRaccoon, has been selected as a participant for the ScaleNL Accelerator – East Coast edition program. The pioneering program will run from January to March 2023 and will see ten founders from leading Dutch tech companies receive coaching to fast-track US market expansion.
ScaleNL is a public-private organisation that offers Dutch tech businesses a launch platform in the US. Its Accelerator program is an initiative funded by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. It aims to provide promising founders with the tools and network they need to grow and thrive in the US market.
The program follows a rigorous selection process, with only ten applicants eligible for each edition. The newest cohort of participants was selected by a board of business owners, financiers and knowledgeable consultants from the Dutch and American markets and highlighted businesses working on innovative, scalable and sustainable solutions.
Camille Grotenbreg, ScaleNL Program Director, shares: “Dutch entrepreneurs are helping solve global challenges, as reflected in this cohort. With 60% of the selected companies building ClimateTech solutions, and 30% of the Founders in the program being from a diverse background, this group reflects some of the highest priorities in the world today.”
The three-month program includes coaching and mentoring with seasoned experts in the US market and concludes in March with a business trip to NYC and Boston. Nadja Buckenberger will represent RoomRaccoon and travel to the US alongside the select founders to be introduced to the local ecosystem and put her learnings into practice.
