MEMPHIS, TENN - RVC Outdoor Destinations, a leading provider and most active developer of high-quality outdoor resorts in the United States, announces the hiring of Michael Gaines as General Manager at their newest destination Pigeon Forge Landing RV Resort, opening this spring in Sevierville, Tenn.
Gaines has over 20 years of experience in the resort and hospitality business, including stints at InterContinental Hotels Group and Wyndham Vacation Ownership. During his career, he has operated, opened and renovated several luxury vacation ownership resorts and has been instrumental in successful HOA resort board and association management. Most recently, Gaines served as General Manager of Catherine’s Landing, RVC’s resort destination in Hot Springs, Ark. Gaines has an MBA and BA of Hotel Management in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration from the University of South Carolina.
