Ryanair launches 13 new routes from Athens and Thessaloniki for winter 2018

Delivering in Greece 5.7m. customers P.A and 14% growth.

Ryanair launched its Athens and Thessaloniki Winter 2018 schedules with 13 new routes and more flights on 5 other routes, which will deliver 5.7m customers p.a. as Ryanair grows its traffic by 14%.

Ryanair’s Winter 18 schedule will deliver:
Athens: 

  • 6 new routes to: Aqaba (2 weekly), Catania (2 weekly), Dublin (2 weekly), Eindhoven (3 weekly), Marrakesh (2 weekly) and Palermo (2 weekly)
  • More flights to Bucharest (1 daily), Thessaloniki (3 daily) and Sofia (1 daily)
  • 25 routes in total 
  • 2.9m customers p.a. (10% growth)
  • 2,200* on-site jobs

Thessaloniki:

  • 2 new routes to: Bologna (2 weekly) and Nuremburg (2 weekly)
  • Restoration of 5 routes to Bratislava (2 weekly), Chania (4 weekly), Hamburg (2 weekly), Paris Beauvais (2 weekly) and Warsaw Modlin (2 weekly)
  • More flights to Milan Bergamo (3 weekly) and Brussels Charleroi (4 weekly)
  • 21 routes in total 
  • 1.7m customers p.a. (21% growth)
  • 1,300* on-site jobs

Greek consumers and visitors can book their holidays as far out as March 2019, on even lower fares, and enjoy the 2018 “Always Getting Better” improvements including:
