SABS launches new travel agent software ahead of TTS

Travel agent technology takes a Quantum leap forward with new mid-office tech from SABS Travel Technologies.

Travel technology expert SABS Travel Technologies has launched a brand new Cloud-based mid-office system for corporate and leisure travel agents called Quantum ahead of offering buyer demos at TravelTech Show, which takes place 29-30 June 2022 at ExCeL London

The first technology launch of its kind for many years, Quantum does not run off outdated, unfit-for-purpose legacy systems unlike other tools on the market. It is fully browser based and features a “two-click” principle so users can access information within two clicks of the mouse.

The tech offers a more consistent UI (user interface) and intuitive workflow, and interacts with all three GDSs, allowing single and multi-branch travel agents to pull hotel, flights and car hire bookings from them.

SABS will fully host the system for all customers, has fully upgraded the software to a new modern stack and will introduce updates twice monthly thanks to the tech team’s agile development processes.

Quantum system functionality includes:

  • Client file management
  • Document production including invoices
  • Accounts module
  • Full GDS integration and auto processing of downloads, including payments
  • Payments module
  • Office diary management and calculator
  • Integrated MI and Client reporting including C02 reporting

“We have designed Quantum for the new multi-faceted, single or multi branch, leisure or corporate travel agent,” explained SABS Travel Technologies managing director Brian Sheerin

“It is significantly more user friendly, intuitive and faster than other systems on the market and, with our two-week sprint updates, we can continually update with new additions based on customer feedback, such as our plan to incorporate PayPal so that leisure can pay bills offline.”
