The renovation reflects the Marriott Hotels brand’s vision of creating inspiring spaces that allow guests to be at their best. The expansive hotel lobby and atrium warmly welcomes visitors with fresh furnishings and natural wood finishes, as well as a massive 13×15 foot media wall. The modern atrium and expanded patio bar features more than 8,000 square feet of flexible space, bringing the total meeting and events square footage to more than 24,000 square feet, all offering the latest in high-tech services. Five new hospitality suites provide an ideal location for corporate guests, while the freshly designed Presidential Suite welcomes guests looking for extra space. All guestrooms and suites feature the new Marriott hardwood flooring and are accented in shades of greys and blues blended with natural textiles, making the impressive views of Mt. Rainier the centerpiece of the design. Encircled with lush, indigenous indoor landscaping, the 1,600 square-foot fitness center is surrounded in glass and sits in the action of the atrium, offering guests the latest in Fitness on Demand to deliver customized workouts on the road.
