Always improving the car rental industry, Telgani have introduced self-service kiosks at all airports within the KSA region. The experience of car rental at airports has often been associated with long queues, jet-lagged customers and frustrating waiting times. After a long flight (often fraught with inconvenience), the last thing you want to do is stand in a long queue waiting for your rental car. Telgani decided to tackle this issue, focusing on creating the most streamlined customer experience whilst also addressing COVID-19 health concerns.
The result is a more convenient and safer technology-first approach to car rental, utilising self-service kiosks. These allow the customer to access a pre-made booking or make a new booking for a car rental. This is the first of its kind in the KSA and across most of the world. With airports being transmission hotspots, the Self-Service style of kiosk also means that car rental is safer during COVID-19 as staff interactions are reduced to a minimum. With the rollout of the kiosks being a major success in the KSA, Telgani are eyeing up expansion into Asia and Europe, regions that are both lacking in self-service car rental in addition to this they are also expanding their partnership with Hertz.
