SAN FRANCISCO – The Viceroy Hotel Group, known for its unique properties fusing together provocative design, modern luxury and intuitive service, announce Sezin Kutlu as the new area director of revenue management for Hotel Zelos, Hotel Zetta and Hotel Zeppelin, part of Viceroy Hotels & Resorts’ Urban Retreats collection. With over 21 years of luxury hospitality experience, Kutlu has been recognized for maximizing market-leading revenue for luxury brands both domestically and abroad.

Kutlu comes to Viceroy Hotel Group in San Francisco from Yountville, CA. Kutlu began her career in 1999 as a reservation manager at the Fairmont Hotel Chicago. She then transitioned to The Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia as a director of revenue management, later moving across the pond to accept a position as the director of revenue management at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Istanbul. After several successful years abroad Kutlu returned to the United States accepting a position as director of revenue management at The Langham Huntington Hotel in Southern California. Staying in Southern California, she then became the director of revenue management at The Montage Laguna Beach before becoming the senior director of revenue strategy at Terranea Resort. Kutlu then took her talents north to the Napa Valley to become the area director of revenue strategy at The Estate in Yountville, CA before accepting her current position as area director of revenue management for Hotel Zetta, Hotel Zelos, and Hotel Zeppelin in San Francisco.
An established hospitality industry veteran, Kutlu has been the recipient of many honors and professional accolades. Most notably, she was recognized as revenue leader of the year at The Ritz-Carlton, Europe and Middle East in 2011.
Kutlu received a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Akdeniz University in Antalya, Turkey. She also possesses a Revenue Management certification in strategic hospitality marketing from Cornell University.
