Sheraton Dallas introduces Jennifer Caldwell as Director of Group Sales

As the Director of Group Sales at Sheraton Dallas, Caldwell will be responsible for leading the property’s group sales efforts and building long-term, value-based customer relationships that align with and achieve booking and sales objectives.

DALLAS - Sheraton Dallas welcomes Jennifer Caldwell as the new Director of Group Sales. Caldwell began her career with Marriott 21 years ago and joins Sheraton Dallas from her previous position as Associate Director of Sales at Marriott Rivercenter & Riverwalk, where she led key members of the sales team and managed the Texas citywide market. 

As the Director of Group Sales at Sheraton Dallas, Caldwell will be responsible for leading the property’s group sales efforts and building long-term, value-based customer relationships that align with and achieve booking and sales objectives.

Caldwell was recently awarded with accolades of Above Property Sales Leader of the Year in 2019 and Above Property Sales Team of the Year in 2019. She has a deep understanding of the hospitality industry after working in sales and revenue management departments across Texas.

Sheraton Dallas is the largest hotel in North Texas with 1,841 guest rooms and over 230,000 square feet of flexible meeting and convention space, and is located in downtown Dallas right off the DART Pearl/Arts District station. The hotel features three food and beverage outlets: Open Palette, Draft Sports Bar & Lounge, and Open Mkt. Grab ‘n Go. A large fitness center, pool and Club Lounge are also among the hotel amenities.
