Signature announces the re-opening of Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas after $23 million-dollar renovation

Highlights of the renovation project include the addition of 44 junior suites with their own private pool and eight new Jacuzzi suites that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline.

TORONTO – Signature Vacations announced that Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas officially reopened on December 3, 2016 following a multi-million dollar remodelling and enhancement project. Exclusively offered by the tour operator, vacationers can now look forward to a host of new features at the consistently popular beachfront resort that combines an enviable location overlooking Los Cabos' famous arch with a packed complimentary activities and sports program, RiuLand kids club, varied gourmet dining and attractive oceanfront pool complex.

Highlights of the renovation project include the addition of 44 junior suites with their own private pool and eight new Jacuzzi suites that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline. All communal areas have been upgraded to modernize services and reflect a contemporary, yet colonial feel. A new cardio gym in the beach 'chill out' area, in addition to the fitness facilities already offered as part of the spa complex, offers added convenience to those who wish to keep healthy. The opening of the Bombay restaurant offering the best in Indian cuisine brings the total of specialty restaurants to five, in addition to the popular buffet restaurant. Guests can now also look forward to relaxing in three new bars and lounges bringing the total available on property to seven: Lounge 24 (a 24 hours lounge), the Capuchino Bar serving delicious pastries and coffees and the Beach Club which offers a stylish oceanfront chill out area.
