SITU hires Seth Hanson as a new Senior Supplier Account Manager

Seth Hanson has spent the last seven years working for both Oakwood and Synergy in a Supply Chain capacity.

Seth Hanson will join SITU as the newest addition to the Supplier Management team, tasked with supporting the company’s ambitious plans to expand its global accommodation portfolio. With an “on the ground” knowledge of the EMEA market and full understanding of what it means for a traveller to have a fully compliant and mature network of accommodation options available, Seth is sure to offer much to the company.

Seth has spent the last seven years working for both Oakwood and Synergy in a Supply Chain capacity. It was at these companies that he refined his skills, enabling him to be able to strategically grow and manage a network of accommodation providers. Yet, it was SITU’s approach to the industry that encouraged Seth to embrace a new challenge.

Seth states; “For me, they just make sense in our industry. When you have the values of passion, integrity and ambition combined with SITU’s mission to combine the right people, product and technology, you will have the right outcome for our clients and suppliers. Not to mention the culture at SITU too. I’ve known this team for some time now and “smart, hard-working and fun” are the words that come to mind.”

SITU demands the highest possible standard of their global supply network, particularly amidst the current climate of corporate travel. Working with suppliers of all sizes, the team consistently seek to establish and maintain relationships, whilst also advocating for necessary due diligence and the implementation of safety procedures from whoever they work with. With Seth’s understanding of what travellers expect from serviced accommodation stays, the company will continue to set the standards for the industry going forward.
