Sofitel Dubai The Palm was the first Accor hotel in the MENA region to select Quicktext for its advanced conversational AI, capable of providing instant answers to guest queries 24/7 about any feature within the resort. In addition to other benefits of Quicktext, such as enriching the hotel's CRM, feeding the call center with highly qualified leads, optimizing SEO with indexing of AI generated content on Google as well.

In the words of James Karuga, Senior Manager – Digital Performance Marketing manager: "At Sofitel Dubai The Palm, I spearheaded the implementation of the AI Virtual Assistant on our website and social media, making us the first Accor hotel in the MENA region with this technology. This AI offers our visitors personalized content instantly while also giving immediate feedback to any questions they may have.

I'm seeing phenomenal results and an uplift in customer acquisition and retention. In addition to seeing visitors spending more time on the website, the total value of leads generated by the AI has surpassed AED3.3 Million in the last 5 months (Approx US$ 900.000).

Certainly, there's no question about the tremendous potential of implementing AI tech to boost your Inbound Content Marketing strategy."
