Summer Senses – Paros’ largest tourism investment in 2019 starts operations this June

Located in the area of Marpissa, it is the largest 5* hotel in Paros. With 45 rooms and 55 luxury suites spread over grounds of more than 5,000 sq m.

The final stages in the development of Summer Senses, the largest hospitality investment on the is-land of Paros are underway. With 100 rooms and suites covering an area of 25,000 sq m, the hotel is expected to open its doors for the first time in June 2019.

Paros is one of the most dynamically developing tourist destinations, and the presence of Summer Senses, whose construction began in 2017, significantly upgrades the level of services offered on the island and sets new standards in hospitality .

Located in the area of Marpissa, it is the largest 5* hotel in Paros. With 45 rooms and 55 luxury suites spread over grounds of more than 5,000 sq m, the property boasts two restaurants, two bars, spa facilities, a fitness centre, three swimming pools covering over 1,000 square metres and private pools for selected suites.

In the context of its groundbreaking investment, the hotel has implemented a strategic partnership with the award-winning Michelin star restaurant ‘Hytra’, part of the Trastelis Group. The restaurant ‘Galazia Hytra’ will open within the grounds of the hotel, serving unique recipes that fully represent creative Greek cuisine. The pursuit of perfection, combined with the recognition and love for the rich abundance of the Greek soil, are transported to Summer Senses, where the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere provide the foundation for a totally holistic dining experience.

Summer Senses is managed by HIP.Hospitality, a company with many successful collaborations in the hotel sector. Mr Panos Pantazopoulos, Managing Director of HIP.Hospitality, said: “We are very happy about this project as Summer Senses is set to change the face of tourism in Paros. It is a large investment that is aimed at upgrading the tourist experience offered by the island, as well as highlighting the concept of Greek hospitality as a whole”.
