The Elite Events – London at Wycombe Air Park re-scheduled for 14-15 May 2021

As The Elite Events – London exhibition space was already fully-sold for the 2020 event, extra capacity has now been secured to make the expansion possible with the approval of the venue.

The Elite Events – London at Wycombe Air Park has been re-scheduled for 14-15 May 2021 and will increase in size to become it's largest exhibition to date.

The 2020 event’s originally-scheduled date of May was switched to early October when the pandemic hit, but a lack of clarity as to what will / will not be permitted as regards to public gatherings next month, together with a recent update from the venue partner (Wycombe Park) has left exhibition organisers with no choice but to postpone the upcoming Elite Events – London.

As The Elite Events – London exhibition space was already fully-sold for the 2020 event, extra capacity has now been secured to make the expansion possible with the approval of the venue.

All current exhibitors have been personally contacted, and the organisers are now taking bookings for the enlarged 2021 event.

Alex Ayling, of The Elite Luxury Events mentioned; “With ongoing uncertainty about COVID-19, it had become clear that our venue partner (Wycombe Air Park) had become unsure on the viability of allowing us to stage the event this October. A decision we obviously respect and understand from our partner.

The lack of clarity regarding HM Government's Covid restrictions for the events industry and further potential ongoing associated risks with hosting the event were evaluated as too high.

We were building towards a fantastic show, with more than 320 + private visiting aircraft booked to fly in over the 2 days and with RSVPs increasing week by week. It was clear to us there was an appetite for the show this year.

The new dates gives us more time to market the event and develop increased visitor numbers. The industry has by and large welcomed our initiative and we have appreciated everybody’s support during this most challenging of all years.

We will now turn our focus immediately to staging our largest-ever event in May 2021 and providing a fantastic event for all involved.”

RSVP bookings and Ticket sales will automatically be transferred over to the new dates of 14th – 15th May 2021. Ticket refunds are available upon request.

All pre-booked fly-in slots will be re-set for next year.
