The Fives Hotels & Residences to debut The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos this Summer

Set to open on July 1st, The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos invites guests for a laidback luxury retreat. Resort to feature first RoMarley Beach House, residential-style suites and sensorial experiences.

QUINTANA ROO, MEXICO – The Fives Hotels & Residences, a collection of All Senses Inclusive hotels located in Riviera Maya, is proud to announce the summer opening of its third property, The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos. Set in a quaint fishing village just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, The Fives Puerto Morelos officially opens its doors on July 1st , introducing a laidback luxe coastal retreat with unmatched sensory experiences and services the brand is best known for.

"The Fives Oceanfront will offer guests a relaxing oceanfront respite that includes numerous opportunities to awaken the senses be it through its inspiring settings, distinctive encounters and savory gastronomy" said Joaquin Serna, CEO of TM Real Estate Group, parent company of The Fives Hotels & Residences. “We are excited to also be the first location for RoMarley Beach House that will present a new experience in the Riviera Maya.”

The 94 suites property will feature spacious residential style suites and penthouses with one, two, and three-bedrooms that are impeccably designed with sleek furnishings and accented with bright Mexican decor. All suites will be equipped with the latest technology such as Smart televisions and Bluetooth audio systems. Ranging from approximately 646 sq. ft. to more than 5,900 sq. ft, the suites will feature floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to furnished balconies, some with intimate hot tubs or private pools, that enjoy tranquil views of the Caribbean Sea, infinity pool or gardens.

Among the many amenities at the hotel, the property will boast two infinity pools, one on the rooftop deck and the other an infinity-edge pool overlooking the turquoise water. The hotel will also be home to the first RoMarley Beach House by Rohan Marley, son of legendary musician Bob Marley. Here, guests will be able to unwind in a private bali bed, sun lounger or dine at the restaurant. “We want to create a distinctive experience that invites people to truly unwind, appreciate the beautiful natural surrounding and connect with their loved ones,” said Rohan Marley.

Dining at The Fives Oceanfront will certainly not disappoint with numerous options varying from gourmet oceanfront restaurants to casual dining with freshly prepared Mexican staples. In addition to venues at the RoMarley Beach House and on the Rooftop, the hotel’s signature restaurant will offer a Mediterranean concept that melds flavors, textures and colors of the entire region.

Another premium amenity at the hotel is a full-service Spa, designed to soothe the senses. The Spa features three treatment cabins as well as a pre-treatment relaxation area with a garden for meditation, sauna, cold & hot jacuzzis, and more. Other hotel amenities include a fitness center with Life Fitness equipment where guests can maintain their regimen using treadmills, bicycles, free weights and more.

Exploring the enchanting fishing village of Puerto Morelos and other destinations in the Riviera Maya will be an easy feat as the hotel will offer personalized destination tours and water activities for hotel guests. Among the experiences that can be coordinated are deep sea fishing, snorkeling, cenote routes, tours to Tulum, Coba and Sian Ka’an, among others.
