The most exciting destinations that will fit in student’s budget

Hawaii, USA

Thanks to a bit of money I put aside, a nice service to write my assignment while I was away, and a well-planned travel itinerary, I literally saw the world while I was a student. I used every opportunity I got, travelled with friends and solo – all on a tight, tight student budget.

Traveling is becoming more and more affordable. Thanks to cheap airlines and budget-friendly accommodations, even those with the tightest budget can travel nowadays. So, whether you want to test the Malaysia’s cuisine or relax on a budget on the sandy Zanzibar beaches, you’re in for one of the best experiences in your life.

Thanks to a bit of money I put aside, a nice service to write my assignment while I was away, and a well-planned travel itinerary, I literally saw the world while I was a student. I used every opportunity I got, travelled with friends and solo – all on a tight, tight student budget.

For this year, I’ve come up with the best places to visit on a student budget. Enjoy!

1. Puebla, Mexico
With a rich architecture and some of the tastiest meals you’ve ever tried, you should definitely put Mexico in your travel list. This place is so lively and yet, so relaxing, that I was able to write my assignment for me and work on those speech topics without even going home. People in Mexico are inspiring and friendly, not to mention the architecture that I spent days exploring and marveling at.

This city I’ve picked is extremely affordable and it’s actually the fourth largest city in the country. Not many tourists visit it, which is why it’s so cheap and again, so rich, tranquil and perfect for your trip.

2. Hawaii, USA
When we hear Hawaii, we instantly think of those sandy white beaches and cocktails. However, despite what many think, Hawaii is not an expensive destination. At least, not if you know how to spend your time there on a budget.

Flights to Hawaii are pretty cheap from the mainland. The costs there might not be the cheapest you can find, so you might want to plan a shorter vacation. Regardless, if this is your travel dream, you can find cheap accommodations and transfers, as well as tasty street food that doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket.

3. Province of Laguna, Philippines
The Philippines are widely popular for their mesmerizing beaches and one of the most unique cultures in the world, but also because of their cheap prices and amazing food. You’ve surely heard of the white sand beaches in the now highly popular Palawan, the surfing adventures in Siargao, etc. Well, the Laguna Province might be less known, but it is equally thrilling for the visitors. And, since it isn’t a big tourist destination, you can visit it on a really low budget.

This is a mountain province located on the north, with amazing hot springs and a City of Seven Lakes. Most of these can be accessed by using their local public transportation, the tricycle, which comes at a low cost of about $10.

4. The Balkans
If you are looking for a cheap, yet rich in culture and architecture destination to visit as a student, this is it. The Balkan Peninsula has one of the greatest combinations of culture, architecture, art, and history, all intertwined in few fabulous countries you can visit in a short time.

This part of Europe is especially cheap. If you want to visit Europe on a budget, the Balkans are the place to go. Countries like Croatia might be a bit more expensive, but nearby destinations like Montenegro and Serbia come at much lower costs.

While you’re there, definitely give Macedonia a chance. It’s probably the cheapest country in the area, and their Ohrid Lake is the deepest lake in Europe. Once you’re done there, you can take a short trip to the cheap Albania and not-so-cheap, but highly popular Greece. This is an amazing opportunity to get to places like Lefkada and Crete without paying too much for transportation.

There’s simply too much to see in this area and based on how affordable it can be, you can plan quite the amount of time to spend traveling the Balkans. Book your flight there for summer vacation when you have more time to move around. You might want to hire Australian assignment help to help you with your tasks, not because you don’t know how to write an assignment, but because you’ll have very little time once you visit these amazing places.

5. Agra, India
Not many people know where Taj Mahal is actually located. This is it – one of the most famous buildings in the world can be found in the city of Agra. In addition to being popular because of the Taj Mahal, this spot is known for their inexpensive rates and unique architecture.

If you want to visit Taj Mahal and make a memorable Instagram shot, do so in the morning. Based on how many people visit the Islamic art jewel of India, it can get really crowded in the afternoon.

Conclusion
Have you crossed any of these destinations off your list? If you haven’t, you should start traveling as soon as possible. This is your chance to see your world without the obligations that come with work and adulthood. There’s no better time to travel and, with this list, you can travel regardless of the size of your budget.
