SAN FRANSISCO, CA – The iconic Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has completed an extensive renovation to their 45,000 square foot meeting and event space. The striking, well planned, open space – ideal for meetings and conferences, boasts classically inspired contemporary interiors that work in harmony with the historic architecture signature to the Palace. Three gorgeous ballrooms perfect for ceremony and celebration, showcase new designs and restored original elements that share the Palace legacy and transcend time. The hotel’s modern amenities and expansive meeting space that feature both beauty and functionality are complemented by genuine service.

The Palace Hotel’s newly renovated function space includes three elaborate ballrooms, 23 meeting rooms, 4 executive boardrooms, a self contained conference area and full service business center. The well designed space flows with efficiency and offers savvy, state-of-the-art technology and multi level connectivity.

“We are thrilled to share the newly renovated venues with our guests” commented Clif Clark, General Manager, Palace Hotel. “As a luxury hotel with sizeable event space – the Palace offers the best of both worlds. Our guests treasure the preserved historic elements and appreciate the modern updates that together make for a truly unforgettable experience.”

The upgrades to the meeting and event spaces are the final phase of a multi-million dollar renovation to the landmark hotel. The conclusion of the recent renovation unveils a new design that now marries the theme of the guest rooms, dining venues and function space. The look of the Palace was the vision of Interior Designer Beatrice Girelli of Indidesign, an award winning Los Angeles firm specializing in luxury hospitality design and high-end commercial interiors.  Girelli was responsible for the successful and very well received first segment of the renovation. Her design was inspired by the hotel’s rich history, the period in which the hotel was established and the important role the Palace played in the Golden Age of Travel.
