The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Puerto Rico announce the debut of the Ocean Drive Beachfront Residences at St. Regis, the property’s $85 million luxury residential development. Perfectly timed to the upcoming holiday season, the first Penthouse is currently available for reservations from November 1st to February 28th. Sized to accommodate family travel, the penthouse provides an exciting new offering for families and groups searching for a luxurious and tropical holiday escape. Ideally located just steps away from The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, guests of the newly debuted Ocean Drive Beachfront Residences will enjoy Five-Star hotel services and amenities, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a two-mile stretch of crescent beach. Compromised of 30 luxurious condominium residences in three beachfront buildings, The Ocean Drive Beachfront Residences offers three and four-bedroom residences and penthouse models ranging in size from 3,379 to 4,048 square feet of interior space. Designed by internationally renowned architectural design firm, SB Architects Miami, the residences feature expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, beachfront terraces, en-suite bedrooms and world-class finishes. There interiors were imagined by Hirsch Bedner Associates of San Francisco and are inspired by the spectacular natural surroundings.

The first penthouse unit will be available starting November 1st and features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a total of 7,694 square feet. The residence boasts a kitchen with Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances, an oceanfront king master suite, an ocean front king bedroom, two double bedrooms, walk in closets, soaking tubs, two terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and a rooftop oceanfront private terrace with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, plunge pool, and bathroom. Guests will also enjoy private elevator access, the St. Regis Butler service, housekeeping, and private dining service. The starting rate for the Penthouse is $6,500 per night with a minimum night stay of 5 nights.
