TYSONS, VA - The Watermark Hotel welcomes guests to experience the property that is like no other, featuring all residential style suites, elevated furnishings, contemporary decor, exquisite dining and stunning panoramic views from every window. Owned by Capital One and operated by B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, the property officially opened its doors in the emerging Tysons East neighborhood in fall of 2021. Located in Capital One Center, the hotel offers convenient access to the brand new state-of-the art Capital One Headquarters, Capital One Hall and The Perch - a rooftop entertainment destination, plus a growing range of restaurants, retail and more. The Watermark is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certified and delivers an unparalleled guest experience to both business and leisure travelers. 

The hotel serves as a one-stop destination for travelers looking to relax, unwind and enjoy thoughtfully curated experiences and entertainment all within the grounds of the luxe property. Just steps away from the hotel’s suites, guests can easily access The Perch, a breathtaking urban rooftop green space soaring 11 stories above street level. The Perch is directly connected to the hotel and features an amphitheater, Starr Hill Biergarten, lawn games, the Sky Bark pup park and Zen sculpture garden. 

Opening this spring, Perch Putt will welcome guests to an 18-hole rooftop miniature golf course with gorgeous aerial views of the city and rolling Shenandoah foothills below. Along with the unique miniature golf experience, the sprawling sky high lawn will be home to a number of food trucks serving delicious seasonal cuisine, plus a chic Tiki Bar, Rhum Roost serving inventive tropical-inspired libations. Adjacent to the hotel, guests can enjoy world-class entertainment at Capital One Hall, a 1,600 seat performance hall that showcases concerts, Broadway theater, comedy shows, dance, touring performances and a diverse lineup of events for all ages.

The Watermark Hotel features 300 sleek and spacious residential suites available in 17 different configurations, including king and double queen, as well as one bedroom, two bedroom and terrace suite options. Each suite is styled to maximize a sense of openness with plenty of space to unpack and unwind. The design aesthetic infuses on-trend colors and modern finishes punctuated with dark wood, gleaming brass and thoughtful touches that create a cool, energetic vibe. Guests are treated to world-class amenities in each room with luxury bedding and custom mattresses, glass-enclosed showers, premium American-made ROAM® by William Roam bath amenities, a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator and microwave, ergonomic work area with a lamp, 50” HD smart TV, high-speed WiFi and complimentary daily breakfast in the lobby. A 2,000-square foot state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the top floor of the building, equipped with Peloton Bikes, FORME Interactive Fitness Mirror, a full-feature resistance gym, free weights, stability balls, medicine balls and a view that stretches to the Washington D.C. city skyline and beyond. The property also boasts a 1,600-square-foot flexible meeting space that can accommodate small and medium-sized meetings, conferences, social gatherings and everything in between. The floor-to-ceiling windows and soaring ceilings provide ample natural light and can accommodate up to 100 people. 

Also available are two exquisite dining options adjacent to the hotel’s lobby. The Aviary offers a bountiful and healthy breakfast featuring a rotating menu of locally-sourced and chef-driven dishes, such as brioche french toast, egg whites with spinach, freshly baked goods, a selection of cheeses, and an array of exciting dishes for guests to start off their day. And already one of the hottest restaurants in the region, Wren is a chic and stunning dining destination, located on the 11th floor of The Watermark Hotel, offering diners a bird’s eye view of the city. Guests enjoy an inventive, artful menu of Japanese-inspired tapas by Executive Chef Yo Matsuzaki. Recent menus have featured delectable pork belly bao buns, sweet corn tempura and country miso ramen. Chef Matsuzaki draws upon locally-grown ingredients to present guests with sophisticated yet approachable cuisine that fuses Japanese street food with modern American ingredients. The expertly curated bar serves handcrafted cocktails, regional wines, locally-brewed beer on tap, and a large collection of bourbons, scotches and whiskeys, along with other hard-to-find spirits.

A convenient retreat, The Watermark Hotel is easily accessible to the Silver Line Metro, I-66, I-495 and Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles International (IAD) airports.
