Dream Vacations – The Operach Team recognized as Franchise of the Year and Cruises Inc. Naomi Kuhns named Cruises Inc. Agent of the Year.
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – It was a star-studded evening and the red carpet was rolled out for Cruises Inc., CruiseOne and Dream Vacations agents at the annual awards ceremony hosted by Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager, and Joelle Delva, vice president of operations. In addition to standing ovations for all who were honored, the crowd was brought to their feet when the talented cast of Royal Caribbean International’s Hairspray on Symphony of the Seas performed several numbers from the hit Broadway show.
Under the leadership of franchise owners Dave and Donna Operach, Dream Vacations – The Operach Team was recognized as the Dream Vacations Franchise of the Year, while Naomi Kuhns of Weddington, N.C. received the Cruises Inc. Agent of the Year award. In addition, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of AmaWaterways Kristin Karst revealed that Debbie Fiorino, chief operating officer of Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., will be the Godmother of the AmaSiena, launching in 2020.
The entertaining ceremony also celebrated a year of noteworthy accomplishments and honored those who served the network by participating on a committee. More than 100 agents were recognized for their achievements in sales, marketing, public relations, social media, IT and more. Additionally, a record number of agents were inducted into the 2019 Circle of Excellence, the highest achievement for CruiseOne and Dream Vacations.
