New 112-suite hotel opens its doors welcoming guests to the heart of Central Florida.

LAKELAND, FL – Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lakeland, Florida is scheduled to open for business this Monday, December 19, 2016. On average, a TownePlace Suites opens every six days. Built for travelers looking for a simple and friendly place where they can settle-in, keep their routine, and easily connect to the Lakeland area. The new TownePlace Suites Lakeland located at 3370 North Road 98, continues to exemplify the brand’s rapid growth. The new hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by InterMountain Management, LLC of Monroe, Louisiana.
