Travelbook Group announce its recent acquisition of GuestFlip PC assets

The newly formed GuestFlip Ltd has already established office representations in Greece, UK, USA, South Africa, Bulgaria, Romania, Kenya and Ethiopia. We look forward to bringing GuestFlip to the world and continuing to help hotels skyrocket their online reputation.

Travelbook Group announce its recent acquisition of GuestFlip PC assets. GuestFlip is an online reputation management platform that helps hotels monitor their reviews from multiple channels including Booking.com, Expedia, Google, TripAdvisor and many more. GuestFlip was founded in February 2018 by Stratos Botis and Aris Pattakos; these two young entrepreneurs created a fantastic product that has taken Greece by storm, gaining their first hotelier in December 2018 to now having over 150 hoteliers in just under 2 years, a lot of which transferred from other well-known reputation management companies.

If you don’t know us here at Travelbook Group we are a well-established revenue driven hotel technology provider, with over 25 years of experience and working with over 250 hotels worldwide. We acquired GuestFlip’s platform and are incorporating it in our group of companies as Guestflip Ltd based in Cyprus because we know the importance of a hotel’s online reputation in regard to increasing their occupancy and revenue and found that GuestFlip is the best choice amongst all reputation management solutions.

A lot of people are probably wondering why now? Why GuestFlip? Well we at Travelbook Group say why not? So, we founded GuestFlip Ltd; a newly formed Company in Cyprus which will be the new home for the GuestFlip platform.

We will strive for constant improvement, and our goal is to make the life of our customers easier by launching new products and exciting new features for reputation management.

ClickHint – a new product developed by GuestFlip – will offer smart response suggestions to hotel reviews that can be used across multiple platforms. And no, these are not templates. ClickHint understands guest comments and produces a relevant response in 3 different languages, with many more on the way. Another exciting addition will be our social proof marketing widget that allows hotels to showcase the best content posted from their travellers on their own websites.

GuestFlip has been working closely with 100s of hotels to deliver the best solutions while putting their customers' needs first. The GuestFlip reputation dashboard combined with these updates are going to make the daily reputation management of our hotels more streamlined by creating a one stop shop for their online reviews.
