NEW YORK – TravelClick, a global provider of innovative cloud-based, revenue-generating solutions for the hospitality industry, announced the launch of its new Guest Management Solutions (GMS). This follows TravelClick’s acquisition of ZDirect, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform in the hospitality sector, in October 2015. TravelClick is in the process of migrating its current GMS customers to this exciting new platform to offer a game-changing experience.
 
TravelClick’s new Guest Management Solutions provides unparalleled insights into guests, giving hoteliers the ability to effectively and continuously engage them at all stages of the guest journey. This will not only drive incremental revenue, but it will also result in more direct bookings and increased spends during stays. The new CRM solution also provides an integrated, easy-to-use platform to develop marketing campaigns.
