Travelogix announces the launch of Farecast at TTE 2020

Farecast is the first dedicated airline incentive management platform for travel agencies

Travelogix announces the launch of Farecast at TTE 2020. Farecast is a new airline incentive management platform developed to enable travel agencies, TMCs and consortia to track the performance of their airline overrides and commercial contracts.

The powerful platform provides instant access to detailed revenue and airline ticket statistics, partner contribution metrics. Farecast gives the data and insights required by travel companies to track the progress of airline incentives and negotiate the best deals possible. Data is collected from any GDS in real-time as soon as a ticket is issued, amended or exchanged which enables travel companies to optimize revenue from override and commission agreements, helping to drive negotiations with airlines.

Chris Lewis, CEO and founder of Travelogix, said, “We are excited to be announcing Farecast at TTE this year. You need a fast platform when analyzing data and Farecast is built to be both detailed and immediate. The system has been designed to work at scale, no matter how large your agency or agency group, with data presented in a clean intuitive interface that is easy to use and simple to navigate.”

Users can configure the terms of any airline contract and track live performance against targets to indentify where agencies or members are booking off contract. Farecast is able to manage complex contracts allowing for factors such as POS, O&D, class of travel and more.

“This increased visibility and control of data will enable users to increase revenues as well as delivering reliable data to help with airline negotiations. Member contribution analysis allows multi branch agencies and groups to analyse how each is performing and contributing to a contract. This platform is the first of its kind and we are thrilled to be launching it at TTE” added Chris.
