Travelxp, the 4K HDR travel channel, is introducing a new way to explore its vast travel programming catalogue with the launch of its first smart TV app, Travelxp RED. Featuring over 1000+ hours of premium ad-free travel content, the service enables customers to enjoy their favourite travel shows anytime, while also giving them a chance to discover new destinations and experiences through the series available exclusively on the app.
For years, the cable network has entertained, educated and inspired viewers through varied genres of travel such as nature, food, culture and adventure. Travelxp RED will take this experience to a new level. Available on Android TV, the OTT channel allows you to view the beauty of the world captured in stunning 4K HDR quality as well as get discounts on booking on a single subscription.
More than 250 original travel stories will be available at launch in English, Hindi and two regional Indian languages as well – Tamil and Bengali. With the constant addition of new content, users are guaranteed to find something new every time they open the app.
Earlier this year, the channel launched the mobile app, Travelxp, available on the App Store and the Google Play Store. The year of its 10th anniversary has been a milestone year for the world’s single largest producer of travel content.
