MUNICH – B&B Hotels, one of Europe’s fastest growing hotel brands, decided to expand its collaboration with TrustYou’s all-in-one guest feedback platform for all 400 properties. Since 2012, TrustYou’s tools have helped B&B Hotels in Germany, Italy, and Poland to manage, leverage and improve their reviews and scores. The successful partnership has now led to an expanded collaboration for an additional 262 properties in France and 16 in Spain with the goal to ensure optimized review collection, management, marketing within one easy-to-use platform for the entire brand.

The use of TrustYou’s surveys helps the chain and all 400 properties to proactively solicit guest feedback in order to make the right staff and procedural adjustments and attain operational excellence by asking guest's. By making improvements that guests appreciate most, B&B Hotels can drive more loyal customers and increase guest satisfaction. The partnership also includes the integration of TrustYou’s Meta-Review* widgets and scores into the hotels’ websites to enhance the user and booking experience on their websites and to increase direct bookings.
