Being a student is no reason to miss out on a holiday! We all need to get away from it all from time to time and a mini-break in another city could be just the thing you need. Here are some reasons why a getaway is a good idea for university students and suggestions for cities you should pay a visit to.

Reasons to take a mini-break as a student
Taking a mini-break to explore a new city broadens your horizons and helps you see things from a whole new perspective. It’s an ideal way to take a break from studying and can also be a great way to cement those new friendships you’ve made, as travel can strengthen friendships and help you form deeper connections.

Finances are a big issue for many students and can make travelling abroad difficult or impossible but a UK break can be just as much fun and a more affordable option for many. To fund your getaway, you could get a part-time job alongside your studies or take out an extra student loan to tide you over before your next student loan instalment.
