UniFocus names new sales and marketing leadership team

Brett Kilpatrick and Denise Senter bring wealth of experience directing technology enterprise sales and marketing to Dallas-based workforce management solutions provider.

DALLAS – UniFocus announces two strategic appointments to its leadership team that will solidify and grow its position as the service industry leader in workforce performance solutions and tools. Brett Kilpatrick and Denise Senter join the Dallas-based firm as chief revenue officer and chief marketing officer, respectively, each backed by a powerful resume of technology sector expertise.

Brett S. Kilpatrick, Chief Revenue Officer
Kilpatrick brings to UniFocus almost four decades of experience in technology sales. He has been involved in the founding and leadership of 10 B2B technology startups, with three of those resulting in successful IPOs. Kilpatrick brought three European companies to the U.S. and expanded five U.S. companies into Europe and Asia. He has been responsible for generating more than $1 billion of software, services and systems revenue.

Kilpatrick has focused his career on selling innovative, early-stage B2B technologies. Most recently, he was a managing partner of XXL Sales & Marketing, providing small and mid-size technology companies with access to C-level sales and marketing consulting expertise. He also was vice president of worldwide sales for Wi-Tronix, the most advanced IoT platform designed specifically for the rail industry.

Kilpatrick is a former partner with Analyticare, which provides business intelligence and analytics to the long-term care and healthcare industries. He has served as CEO of Panoratio Database Images and Alterian, Inc., as well as vice president of worldwide sales for Determine Software, Accrue Software and AvantGo.

Denise Senter, Chief Marketing Officer
Senter has launched, managed and marketed technology products, companies and lines of business for well over three decades. Her career has taken her to Silicon Valley, Chicago, Dallas, Hong Kong and the U.K., where she has worked as a marketing executive, advisor for technology startups, and consultant to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Most recently, Senter served as vice president, marketing for Wi-Tronix, an Illinois-based IoT platform provider giving rail companies real-time insights into mobile asset and rail network performance. She also served as chief marketing partner for XXL Sales & Marketing in Dallas, helping early-stage companies accelerate and optimize revenue potential through highly targeted marketing, sales and predictable revenue programs.

Senter has served as vice president, membership and new product innovation for private travel club WorldVentures and has led the marketing efforts for international tech companies and consultancies, including Palo Alto’s Milestone Group, CommerceGate, Alterian, icPlanet Corporation, CSC Index, and Electronic Data Systems, which was later acquired by Hewlett Packard.
