“VISION” announced as motivational theme for Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. 2020 National Conference

Home-based travel agents will be challenged to take their business to next level.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – Travel agents with Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. will take to the high seas November 7, 2020, aboard Celebrity Cruises second Edge-class ship Celebrity Apex for their annual award-winning National Conference. Each year’s National Conference has a theme that will not only be the inspiration for the week, but also the coming year. 2021 is going to be a rebuilding year for the industry as a whole and the theme of VISION will inspire all attendees to re-imagine the way they do business.

“National Conference is always the highlight of the year, and this year it will be even more special as we celebrate the return of the cruise industry, as well as the reunion of our agents, suppliers and staff who will be seeing each other in-person for the first time since the beginning of the year,” said Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager for Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. “As we move through 2020, all of us are looking forward to the future of travel and are confident about the tremendous growth that will return when people begin to vacation again. This year’s theme is so relevant because now more than ever, we need to see the VISION and have faith in what the future has in store.”

This year’s theme VISION will encourage attendees to reflect on how they adapted their business to overcome the challenges the industry has experienced in 2020, and lessons learned that they will carry with them into 2021 and beyond. The goal of Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. is to inspire travel and deliver memorable vacation experiences and dream vacations to all customers.

While this year’s National Conference may look a little different, it will still provide engaging and educational content throughout the week. Attendees will hear from key travel industry executives; participate in one-on-one meetings with cruise, resort and tour suppliers; attend interactive educational workshops; and partake in peer-to-peer brainstorming sessions.

“National Conference is the place to be for travel agents who are looking to make an impact on both their travel business and personal development, especially during this challenging time,” said Eddie Diaz, Dream Vacations franchise owner and vacation specialist in Orlando, Fla. “Attending National Conference is a staple of my travel business practice. Each year I walk away with new measurable business insights, stronger partner relations and feeling inspired by amazing guest speakers. The experience provides options and flexibility to follow the right education track for your needs. From speaking to experts one-on-one to sharing best practices during dynamic breakout sessions, there is unlimited power and wisdom in content and opportunities.”
