VRTECH announces the winner of this year’s Startup Competition at the Vacation Rental World Summit

The winner, Rented, provides technology, tools, and services to help vacation rental pros optimize their portfolio of properties.

BARCELONA – The VRTECH Startup Competition sponsored by Rentals United and Howzat Partners, announced this year’s winner Rented at the Vacation Rental World Summit held this past weekend, 16th-17th of September.

The winner, Rented, provides technology, tools, and services to help vacation rental pros optimize their portfolio of properties. Art, their Automated Rate Tool, is the only dynamic pricing software built for and by professional short-term rental revenue managers. With Art, property managers are empowered to set the right price for every property, with intelligent rate
recommendations and easy custom adjustments.

This year’s Vacation Rental World Summit, held in Annecy, France, featured speakers from around the world with the highlights being the presentations from VRTECH startup competition finalists Vintory, Turbosuite and Rented, and the announcement of the winner on Friday evening.

The VRTECH Startup Competition aims to showcase young tech companies creating innovative solutions for the vacation rental industry. The vacation rental tech industry, spawned by the growth of the short term market, holds many enthusiastic startups and strong innovation. This year’s contestants covered a wide array of tech innovations including Guest Screening, CRM, Digital Guidebooks, Property Management Systems, Housekeeping Tools, and more.
