Zeno by Serko adopted as a preferred Global Booking Platform by CWT

Zeno by Serko has been integrated into CWT’s global technology servicing framework which provides follow-the-sun support for multi-region customers.

Serko Limited, a leader in online travel and expense management for business, announced that CWT, the ‘business-to-business-for-employees’ travel management platform, has signed an agreement to offer Zeno as a globally preferred travel booking tool.

CWT services more than a third of the S&P 500 across around 140 countries. This agreement will see the Zeno booking tool offered to CWT customers as a seamless experience within the myCWT platform, as part of the digital-first proposition to which CWT has committed significant technology investments going forward.

Vince Chirico, SVP Global Supply Chain Partners said, “We are delighted to be expanding CWT’s partnership with Zeno by Serko. Together, we are building a very exciting proposition, and one which we believe our corporate customers will find to be truly market defining.

Teams across CWT and Serko have begun working together to provide a consumer-grade booking experience, including Zeno’s integration with CWT’s RoomIT hotel reservation proposition which offers more than 1 million hotel offerings spanning 73,000 destinations worldwide.

Zeno by Serko has been integrated into CWT’s global technology servicing framework which provides follow-the-sun support for multi-region customers. The first global CWT launch customer, a high-profile Fortune 500 company, has gone live under this new partnership in multiple countries across North and South America as well as the Asia Pacific region.

Tony D’Astolfo, Senior VP North America at Serko said, “Having a partner of this caliber prioritize Zeno as one of their globally preferred options is a key proof point in our global expansion. The market has been clear that it needs innovation to solve the challenges of post-pandemic travel. We’re excited to partner with CWT to support their drive to a digital-first future and bring Zeno to their global customer base.”
