Zoox Smart Data to showcase advanced innovations in big data and AI technology at HITEC 2021

When a guest logs into a Zoox-enabled Wi-Fi network and accepts the terms of use, the platform begins to collect guest demographic and psychographic analytics such as name, income and occupation, equipping hoteliers with the ability to create targeted survey campaigns, personalized advertisements and more. As guests move from one Zoox-enabled hotspot to another, guest data is continually aggregated to create a holistic, accurate and up-to-date guest profile.
