Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazif decided to establish specialized unit for the therapeuticall tourism and setting up a strategy to attract this type of tourism which represents 5% of the world tourism volume.
This will be done through a comprehensive plan with the participation of the ministries concerned particularly, the Ministries of Tourism, Health and Aviation, expounded Nazif.
These statements came during the ministerial meeting held yesterday by the Premier and attended by Ministers of Health, Tourism, International Cooperation and Civil Aviation.
Dr. Nazif identified several axes to be traced including the promotion of the advantages of the therapeutical tourism among the citizens of the Arab countries as well as developing the natural resources particularly water springs, said Magdi Radi, Cabinet`s spokesman.
