ArrivalGuides will leverage their global content of over 600 destinations with 50,000 points-of-interests to boost TST post-booking communications, consistent and thorough travel experience.
GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN – ArrivalGuides, the world’s leading destination expert, and TST, market leader in shopping and booking solutions, have announced a partnership to provide up-to-date premium destination content for clients booking through TST solutions.
ArrivalGuides is working with TST to implement its destination content solutions in order to create additional value for travelers and enhance their experience.
ArrivalGuides will leverage their global content of over 600 destinations with 50,000 points-of-interests to boost TST post-booking communications, consistent and thorough travel experience. ArrivalGuides works with hundreds of official tourist bureaus and in-house travel experts to provide authentic and up-to-date information for each destination.
Sarah Nosari, Director, Product Management said, “As a player within the travel industry offering white-label shopping and booking solutions, adding destination content to our portfolio was the missing link to round out our comprehensive product offering. TST strives to stay connected with its customer base throughout the entire vacation lifecycle and providing destination content is a key way in which we can do that after a customer has made their reservation. With future plans to expand this content to the pre-booking workflow, providing customers with the data necessary to compare and contrast different destinations will give TST another unique advantage in an always evolving market.”
“We are excited about our partnership with TST. It allows us to expand our distribution network and do what we do best: provide travelers with fresh, reliable and high-quality destination content on a global scale”, said Magnus Aideborn, CEO and founder of ArrivalGuides.
