ATPI announces international network expansion

Increased strategic local expertise and market knowledge to add value to ATPI‘s client network.

The ATPI Group, global leader in travel management and events, has announced the expansion of its international partner network in key markets across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America.

As the company continues to grow its footprint globally, new partners have been added in Africa, with Sun International in Egypt, Metroways et Tourisme in Ivory Coast and Hemisphere Voyages in Senegal; Europe with ST Travel in Czech Republic; Asia with Business & Sport Travel in Kazakhstan; the Middle East with House of Travel in Qatar, and South America with Continental Travel in Peru.

This expansion move further supports ATPI’s ongoing commitment to provide its clients with strategic localised travel management services, a multinational office network and best-in-market capabilities including local language, airline inventory and fares, ground services, local currency invoicing, technology and data.

Jeroen van Hest, director international network and commercial services, ATPI, explains: “We are extremely proud to announce these new network partners as part of our mission to provide clients with seamless assistance, relevant local knowledge and the reassurance that, no matter where in the world they work from or travel to, they can access specialist agents and on-the-ground teams empowered to deliver consistent service. Never has the complexity of travel logistics been more extreme than during the COVID-19 pandemic, and our ongoing expansion in worldwide representation ensures that local market know-how remains a key part of our core client service.”

The new partners have been chosen for their knowledge, expertise and relationships in the regional markets they represent and for their ability to provide ATPI’s global client network with significant added value.

Each partner goes through a strict selection process – ultimately becoming an extension of ATPI – which ensures that all offices meet the same high standards and that clients can always speak to an expert who understands their organisation and travel requirements, no matter where they are in the world.

To meet the necessities of fast-evolving travel scenarios, further accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic, ATPI’s continuously expanding network of offices has been devised to guarantee reassurance and efficiency in response to its clients’ needs, especially where travel restrictions and requirements vary so dramatically from one country to another.
