BAGBNB rebrands as Radical Storage and introduces new services for the future of the travel industry

Luggage storage network announces contactless procedures for a new age of travelers.

NEW YORK, NY – BAGBNB, a leading luggage storage network servicing popular destinations across the globe, announced its rebrand to the all-new Radical Storage, bringing travelers safe, secure, and convenient resources as they explore cities across the globe in a new age of travel.

The new RadicalStorage.com and Radical app allows travelers to locate a business-based luggage storage location in thousands of cities, pre-book their luggage drop off, and seamlessly check in and out when dropping off or picking up their luggage. Through the new contactless procedures, travelers can safely drop off and pick-up their luggage by quickly scanning their user-specific QR code from their devices, giving travelers even more free time to explore the city they’re visiting.

“Due to COVID-19, the travel landscape has changed and we want to ensure that travelers have a safe and convenient way to enjoy their trips to the fullest,” said Alessandro Seina, CEO and Co-Founder of Radical. “Our new innovative platform allows travelers to stow away their bags for however long they wish while enjoying their time in a city, without the stress of having to make any kind of physical contact with their Radical Storage host. This is something that will be exponentially important as we all adapt to new travel safety procedures around the world.”

Radical’s platform has over 3,500 “Angels,” which are the company’s “hosts”, across the globe for convenient luggage storage. These hosts are pre-screened partners and include hotels, restaurants and bistros, retail stores, bike rental shops, and more. Available in over 70 countries and 350 major cities worldwide, Radical Storage offers a simplified travel experience for travelers to maximize their time spent in a city, without having to worry about their luggage. Storage costs are standard regardless of size or weight of a bag, with each bag costing the equivalent to $6 in U.S. cities, or 5 euros in European cities.

After raising $2.7 Million in Series A funding at the beginning of 2020 in support of its rebrand, the company aims to become the point of reference for the check in and check out experience in cities across the globe, developing new products to support travelers when they arrive and leave their destinations.
